REAR SUSPENSION (before) - Original parts with over thirty years of grease and grime.   All rubber bushings were worn and need of replacement and differential leaking.

CARBURATOR REPAIR (before) -  Leaking fuel line due to metal line being cut for installation of  in-line filter and self-taping inlet.  Valve covers heavily stained. 

 

FUEL TANK COMPARTMENT (before) - Customer complained of gas smell that his "mechanic" could not find the source.  Fuel was  puddled in compartment and tank had to be replaced.

REAR SUSPENSION RESTORATION - rebuilt differential with new 3:55 gears, rebuilt t-arms, half-shafts media blasted and painted, new u-joints, strut rods media blasted and painted and new bushings installed, new crossmember bushings, AC/Delco shocks, new 7-leaf spring, and all parts cleaned and painted.

CARBURATOR REPAIR (after) -  Replaced fuel line with factory correct line, rebuild carburator including repairing stripped fuel inlet threads, replace intake manifold with Edelbrock, and restore valve covers.  While at shop broken door spring being replaced and broken interior trim pieces being repaired and dyed.

FUEL TANK REPLACEMENT -  Tank compartment being cleaned  for installation of new tank in 1961 Corvette.  We love our C3's but will help with C1 and C2's.
